Analysis: The Gators have the highest average ranking of any SEC team, but they're about average overall. They like a balanced schedule - Florida State is always an opponent, along with maybe an above average BCS (Miami (FL)) or non-BCS team, and definitely two to three below average non-BCS or I-AA opponents.

Fact: While Florida has played 13 elite teams, they've also played 19 teams with zero votes. Their two opponents who earned votes but weren't elite were Southern Miss in 2006 (#33 in 2003) and Wyoming in 2005 (#38 in 2004), inches away from being zero votes.
